CareValue Health
Medical Disclaimer
This disclaimer explains the limits of CareValue Health's virtual care services and clarifies that the platform is not for emergencies or guaranteed clinical outcomes.
Last updated: June 30, 2026
1. Informational and service limitation
CareValue Health provides access to telemedicine and digital care services, but the platform does not replace emergency response systems, hospital-based care, or in-person evaluation where a physical examination or urgent intervention is clinically necessary.
Content made available on the platform is provided for general service and care-delivery purposes and should not be treated as a guarantee of diagnosis, treatment suitability, or clinical outcome.
2. No emergency care
Do not use the platform for chest pain, severe breathing difficulty, stroke symptoms, seizures, loss of consciousness, major trauma, suicidal crisis, or any other urgent or life-threatening condition.
If you think you are experiencing an emergency, contact emergency services immediately or go to the nearest emergency facility.
3. Clinical appropriateness
Not every condition can be assessed or managed safely through virtual care. Practitioners may recommend in-person evaluation, laboratory testing, imaging, pharmacy follow-up, or referral to another facility where clinically appropriate.
CareValue Health reserves the right to limit, defer, or decline virtual consultation where available information is incomplete, unreliable, or unsuitable for remote care.
4. User responsibility
You are responsible for providing accurate information, disclosing relevant symptoms and history, following urgent-care instructions where given, and seeking physical medical attention when advised.
Delays caused by device issues, connectivity problems, incomplete disclosures, or missed follow-up steps may affect the usefulness of a virtual consultation.
